Policies

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be missed. However, no-shows and last-minute cancellations greatly impact my ability to serve other clients. To ensure fairness to all, I have implemented the following policy.

Deposits

In order to book an appointment, you may be required to pay 50% deposit, which will count towards your appointment price.

Cancelations and Reschedules

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling (48+ hours): If you notify me at least 48 hours in advance, you may reschedule your appointment and apply your existing deposit to the new date. Rescheduling can only be done once to prevent repeated changes.
  • Reschedules (less than 48 hours): Rescheduling your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice will require payment of 75% of the appointment price, as late changes significantly impact scheduling.
  • Cancellations (7+ days): If you cancel your appointment 7 or more days before the scheduled time, your deposit will be fully refunded (minus transaction fees), unless the appointment was previously rescheduled or you have canceled appointments in the past.
  • Cancellations (2–7 days): If you cancel your appointment between 2 and 7 days before the scheduled time, 50% of your deposit will be refunded minus transaction fees.
  • Cancellations (less than 48 hours): If your appointment did not require a deposit, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service amount applies for all cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

No-Call, No-Show

Less than 2 days notice will be treated as a no-call, no-show!
Deposit will not be returned in case of a missed appointment!

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service. Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened session time with full service pricing.

Emergency Exceptions

I understand that emergencies happen. In cases of illness or unavoidable circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
This policy protects your time and mine while allowing for flexibility when necessary.
