Policies

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be missed. However, no-shows and last-minute cancellations greatly impact my ability to serve other clients. To ensure fairness to all, I have implemented the following policy.

Deposits

In order to book an appointment you may be required to pay 50% deposit, which will count towards your appointment price.

Cancelations and Reschedules

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.
You can reschedule your appointment and apply existing deposit if notified at least 48 hours in advance. This can be done only one time to prevent constant reschedules.
You can cancel your appointment and get your deposit back if notified at least 7 days in advance.
If your appointment did not require a deposit, cancellation fee of 50% will apply for all cancellations or reschedules with a notice of 48 hours or less

No Call, No Show

Less than 2 days notice will be treated as a no call, no show!
Deposit will not be returned in case of missed appointment!

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service. Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened session time with full service pricing.

Emergency Exceptions

I understand that emergencies happen. In cases of illness or unavoidable circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! This policy protects your time and mine while allowing for flexibility when necessary.
