Policies

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be missed. However, no-shows and last-minute cancellations greatly impact my ability to serve other clients. To ensure fairness to all, I have implemented the following policy.

Cancelations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

No Call, No Show

Same day notice will be treated as a no call, no show!
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing notice, the following will apply:
First Offense.
If you want to schedule another service, you will need to pay a deposit (50% charge of the service), which will be applied towards your final payment.
Second Offense.
A 90% charge of the service will be required to book an appointment.
Deposit will not be returned in case of missed appointment!

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service. Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened session time with full service pricing.

Emergency Exceptions

I understand that emergencies happen. In cases of illness or unavoidable circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! This policy protects your time and mine while allowing for flexibility when necessary.
