Policies
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be missed. However, no-shows and last-minute cancellations greatly impact my ability to serve other clients. To ensure fairness to all, I have implemented the following policy.
Deposits
In order to book an appointment, you may be required to pay 50% deposit, which will count towards your appointment price.
Cancelations and Reschedules
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible.
- Rescheduling (7+ days): If you notify me more than 7 days in advance, you may reschedule your appointment with no rescheduling fee, regardless of whether a deposit was required.
- Rescheduling (3–7 days): If you reschedule your appointment between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee of 50% of the appointment price will apply. This applies to both deposit and non-deposit appointments.
- Rescheduling (less than 3 days): If you reschedule your appointment with less than 3 days’ notice, a rescheduling fee of 75% of the appointment price will apply, as late changes significantly impact scheduling. This applies to both deposit and non-deposit appointments.
Cancellations
- Cancellations (14+ days): If you cancel your appointment 14 or more days before the scheduled time:
- Deposit appointments: Your deposit will be fully refunded, minus transaction fees.
- Non-deposit appointments: No cancellation fee will apply.
- Cancellations (7–14 days): If you cancel your appointment between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled time:
- Deposit appointments: 50% of your deposit will be refunded, minus transaction fees.
- Non-deposit appointments: A 25% cancellation fee of the appointment price will apply.
- Cancellations (3–7 days): If you cancel your appointment between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled time:
- Deposit appointments: Your deposit will not be refunded.
- Non-deposit appointments: A 50% cancellation fee of the appointment price will apply.
- Cancellations (less than 3 days): If you cancel your appointment less than 3 days before the scheduled time:
- Deposit appointments: You will be required to pay the remaining amount necessary so that the total paid (deposit + additional payment) equals the full appointment price.
- Non-deposit appointments: A 100% cancellation fee of the appointment price will apply.
All fees are based on the full appointment price and apply regardless of reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
No-Call, No-Show
Less than 3 days notice will be treated as a no-call, no-show!
Deposit will not be returned in case of a missed appointment!
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service. Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened session time with full service pricing.
Emergency Exceptions
I understand that emergencies happen. In cases of illness or unavoidable circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
This policy protects your time and mine while allowing for flexibility when necessary.
