Old polish removal is an important part of healthy nails and takes a decent amount of time. On my clients, I only use high quality products, and because of that the removal procedure is included with the service.

As I can not be sure of what technique and material were used on your nails elsewhere, and how much time the removal will take, the procedure of removal needs to be a separate service.
