Welcome to VIVID Nail Studio. By booking an appointment or using our online scheduling page powered by Hacado, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Appointment Bookings & Cancellations
By submitting a booking, you agree to provide accurate contact information. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in accordance with our posted scheduling policies.
SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
By entering your mobile phone number on our booking form and opting in to receive notifications, you consent to receive automated transactional text messages (such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates) from VIVID Nail Studio via our booking infrastructure partner, Hacado.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your appointment activity and bookings.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel or opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation text confirming your opt-out.
Help & Support: For assistance with text messaging notifications, reply HELP to any text message or contact support at support@hacado.com.
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:50 PM
Sunday: Closed
